Our Philosophy
We believe great pizza is an art form. It starts with a hand-tossed base, made from dough fermented for 48 hours. It's topped with a sauce from San Marzano tomatoes and covered with the freshest ingredients. Finally, it's kissed by the flames of our wood-fired oven.
